Now I know why my car didn't sell. I thought the buyer was just phucking me and backing out....

Just got this email and confirmed the information via the Pinellas County website.

Hey Jayson,

Friday night after the baseball game I got a DUI from Pinellas County Jail,
and that is why I could not contact you until Saturday morning. This has
nothing to do with me not loving the car or wanting it, because we were 100%
ready to buy it. You can check the Pinellas county site if you think I am
using this as an excuse, or I can show you the documentation. I need to
find out all the details come Monday, but I am pretty sure I will be losing
my license for at least a few months. I will be getting an attorney to try
to get the charge lessened, but am not sure how likely that will be. I know
that this really messes things up on your end as well, and sincerely
apologize. I knew that I found the perfect car from me, and you were
extremely nice and trustworthy, however I made the mistake of being very
irresponsible. Once again, this has nothing to do with me backing out of
the purchase because I didn't like the car. I will be in touch if I find
anything out during the week.
