I'm calling BS!

That bike is too new to have been converted in FL. And the wording is a little ambiguous. He points out the DOT approved kit, but nowhere does he say it is actually registered in FL. I'm thinking the original owner tried to convert it to street legal, then ran into legal hassles and sold it. He probably told the new owner "Oh yeah, its all street legal, you just have to go get it registered". Now, after 2 months of screwing with the state, the new owner is going to pass it off to someone else as he has finally figured out it is impossible.

I will admit its possible I'm wrong, but my gut is telling me this isn't wuite what it seems.

You got some hostilities today :box2:

I do think it might be "fishy" too. When I was reading the description and saw 2 months and didn't see a tag on it.

Sorry, I'm not trying to be hostile, just wanted to point it out before someone buys it. Not saying for sure it isn't registerable, just that I would be check into it before buying, and if the seller says anything that sounds like an excuse run away!

I had to read the ad twice because I too was skeptical about its legality. Obviously, you make sure the title is good to go before you buy it.
